Sector: Oil and Gas Support Services

Guyana is positioned to become one of the world’s largest oil-producing countries in South America since the first successful discovery at the Stabroek Block in 2015. This has propelled the country to major economic growth and the demand for energy support services is at an all-time high. This is a budding sector that is changing the trajectory of Guyana, it is currently in its initiation phase; infrastructure is developing and local content policy discussions are continuing.
